Support
Pantry compares grocery prices at the stores near you and tells you which one is cheapest for your whole cart. If something isn't working, write to us. A real person reads every message.

We usually reply within a day. Telling us your ZIP code and which store looked wrong makes it much faster to sort out.
Stores & location
Why don't I see any stores?
Pantry needs location access to find stores near you. Check that location is enabled in the app (tap the location line on the Cart screen) and that Pantry has permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
You can also widen the search radius from the Cart or Browse screens, up to 50 miles.
A store near me is missing
Pantry supports a set of major chains and finds their real locations around you. Independent stores and chains we don't yet cover won't appear. If a big chain near you is missing, email us your ZIP. That's genuinely how we decide what to add next.
Prices
Where do the prices come from?
Every price in Pantry comes from the store's own online catalog, the same listing the retailer publishes itself. Nothing is crowdsourced, estimated, or guessed. We refresh the catalog on a weekly cycle, and prices online can run a little higher than the shelf price in the aisle.
The only thing outside our control is timing. A sale can end, or a store can reprice, between our last refresh and your trip. If you ever spot one that looks off, tell us and we'll chase it down.
Why does an item say "Checking…" at some stores?
Prices are looked up one store at a time and some stores take longer than others. The app keeps checking in the background. Prices usually fill in within a minute, and common items get faster over time.
A price looks wrong
Tell us the item, the store, and your ZIP code. Retailer data occasionally returns a bulk case or a marketplace listing where a single item should be. We filter out what we can catch automatically, and the ones you report are how we catch the rest.
Subscription
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the app's Profile → Manage subscription, or go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases". Your subscription follows your Apple ID automatically, with no account to sign into.
Privacy
Pantry has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Your cart stays on your device. Read the full privacy policy. It's short.
